Amelia (Erminia) Puglia was born on a boat leaving a small village outside Naples Italy, and She and Her Family Came to Arrive in Montreal Canada,

 then moved to Schenectady NY.

Amelia was the eldest of eight children, with very little education, Yet God Gifted Her with Wisdom, Discernment , A Great Sense of Humor, A Strong Faith and Love For God and a Natural Talent For Baking & Cooking. 

Amelia met Anthony DeLorenzo and Married when she was 15 year old, and started a Family of 6 Children. Her Baking and Cooking was Famous Throughout the Family on Both Sides and The Entire Neighborhood of Mont Pleasant and Surrounding Areas in Schenectady. Her Delicious Sauces and Dinner Recipes Have been Handed down to Carry on Here at Amelia's Authentic Italian Eatery.
